Milagu Thatai a traditional South Indian Recipe prepared at home for Lord Krishna during the festival of Gokulashtami. Thatai’s are prepared using rice flour, roasted gram flour, red chili powder, peanuts or soaked chana dal & curry leaves.

Pepper flavored Thatai’s is a variation to the regular one.  I recently learnt to make this recipe from my relative, where I first had tasted thatai. This is my first attempt at making this with basic kitchen equipment and am posting it because I would want beginners to  get motivated to try out these recipes. Cooking is definitely not rocket science.
